Low Bake /Ultra Low Bake
The low bake powder coatings are recommended for applications in which the cure is not possible within the time specified for conventional powder coatings due to characteristics of the substrate or specific features of the production process.

Examples
Cold oven
Oven cannot reach the ideal curing temperature of the coating.
Too thick and heavy parts
Coating of different types of parts (size and thickness), thus requiring a longer stay in the oven to cure the coating.
Gain in productivity
Increased speed of the coating line and greater productivity. In real situations, the process speed can be increased by 50%.
Energy savings
The lower temperature will reduce the gas and electric energy consumption.
Substrates sensitives to heat
Some metal alloys and other types of substrate which do not withstand the temperature of 200°C.
Minimum curing temperatureof the coatings
Low Bake Coating
- Epoxy System | Minimum temperature: 180 °C.
- Hybrid System | Minimum temperature: 180 °C.
- Polyester System | Minimum temperature: 180 °C.
Ultra Low Bake Coating
- Epoxy System | Minimum temperature: 130 °C.
- Hybrid System | Minimum temperature: 140 °C.
- Polyester System | Minimum temperature: 150 °C.
