Anti-Corrosion protection by means of galvanic action of the zinc meta. Two-component polyamide epoxy primer rich in zinc. The product provides carbon steel with anti-corrosion protection by means of galvanic action of the zinc metal pigmentation. Product developed for application on surfaces prepared with abrasive blasting and hydroblasting. This material can be directly applied to wet surfaces.
Recommended Uses: Recommended as anti-corrosion primer in structures and equipment exposed to highly aggressive environments.

How To Apply
Volume solid: 65 ± 2% (ISO 3233).
Shelf-Life: 12 months at 25°C.
Thickness per coat (dry): 60 µm –70 µm.
Theoretical coverage: 10 m2/l without dilution in the thickness of 65 µm dry. Without considering loss factors in application.
Resistance to dry heat: Maximum temperature 120 °C . The product retains its physical and chemical properties up to the temperature of 120 °C however, variations in the coating color and gloss may occur from 60 ºC.
Drying:
Touch: 10°C / 1 hour | 25°C / 30 minutes | 35°C / 15 minutes.
Handling: 10°C / 12 hours | 25°C / 8 hours | 35°C / 5 hours.
Final: 10°C / 288 hours | 25°C / 168 hours | 35°C / 168 hours.
Overcoating Drying:
Min: 10°C / 24 hours | 25°C / 18 hours | 35°C / 5 hours.
Max: 10°C / 48 hours | 25°C / 24 hours | 35°C / 20 hours.
